warrants that its products, at the time of shipment, are free from
defect in material or workmanship under normal use and service for
one (1) year. Warranty may be extended up to three (3) years (total)
by adding at customer's expense, 10% of product's cost every year

Warranty is void if
the product is not operated in conformance with installation, mechanical,
or electrical requirements. The result of misuse, abuse, vandalism,
neglect, improper installation or application, alteration, accident
or negligence in use, storage, transportation, handling, or if the
original markings or identification have been removed, defaced, or
altered void said warranty. Lightning, electricity, water, fire, other
hazards, acts of god, or other impacts outside normal operating guidelines
are not covered under warranty.
PC based DVRs must not have any alterations
on software or hardware. Products must not be opened in attempt to
repair, nor can any cables be cut on cameras. Performing any of the
above will void warranty. Q5, CORP. will not be responsible for packing,
inspection, or labor costs in connection with the return of products.
No product shall be accepted for warranty service that is not accompanied
by an RMA Number issued by Q5, CORP. Buyer must provide the invoice
number in question. Warranty and technical assistance are void
if a DVR card is installed in a PC that is misused. Misuse includes
using the said PC for anything but the sole purpose of a digital video
recorder including but not limited to: playing games, surfing the
Internet, and installing any program besides recording software included
with the DVR card and original software included with the purchase
said PC.

Any merchandise returned for a full refund must be done within 15
days. Products must include all original packaging including
bubble wrap, twist ties, plastic bags, all manuals, power supplies,
cables, and must not have any signs of use such as stretched cables, LCD film removed,
fingerprints, scratches, dents, stripped/missing hardware, or torn/stained manuals. The ship date
of your RMA must not exceed 15 days from the day of your purchase order date.
After 15 days, we assume you have received benefit from the
product and there will be a 20% restocking fee applied. After 30 days,
we do not accept returned merchandise, under any circumstances. The ship date
of your RMA must not exceed 30 days from your purchase order if returning a non-defective product not under the one year
manufacturer warranty.
We reserve the right to void any warranty or refuse refund for products damaged, by
improper shipping boxes or not being packaged correctly, destroyed,
altered or improperly installed. Non-defective returns will be refunded less shipping.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by buyer unless otherwise specified**.
You MUST have a Returned Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on any
returns or they will be refused. To obtain an RMA number,
please contact us and provide us with your order number and reason
for returning. Emailing us is the fastest way to do so. Once we have received your RMA,
one of our qualified CCTV technicians will test it and either repair or replace.
Replaced/repaired products will be shipped within 24-48

Pricing: We make every effort to provide you with the most
accurate and updated information, but pricing errors do occur. Q5USA
reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice.
Pricing is guaranteed only when your payment transaction is completed.
Inventory: The availability information presented on our
site is the most accurate and current information we have, but inventory
errors do occur. An item not displaying "Out of Stock" does not
guarantee its availability. We will inform you immediately if a
product you ordered is not in stock. Estimated delivery dates are
dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control
and are subject to change.
Product Specifications: We strive to have the most up to
date and correct specifications or pictures listed for all our products,
but errors do occur. We are constantly negotiating with our manufacturers
to bring you the highest quality surveillance products at the lowest
prices possible. In turn, updated product specifications or pictures
might have some latency. **If you purchased a product with specifications
or picturesdifferent than what our website advertises, we will refund
your money and pay the freight to return it provided the item abides

specifications or pictures at any time and without notice. Q5USA.com
also reserves the right to deny a refund of an item that does not
follow our return policy whether or not correct specifications or
pictures are advertised on our website.
Shipping: We ship via UPS so your orders are insured and
have a guaranteed delivery date and tracking number. Orders completed
by 2:00PM EST will be processed that same day and will ship the
same or next day provided all materials are in stock. Exclusion
from this policy includes large quantities of products that require
build time, such as DVRs with upgraded hard drives, PC based DVRS,
and covert cameras. If you purchased items through our website (excludes
custom phone orders) you can view the status of your order here.
This will include tracking number if shipped and any other status
information applicable to your order.
A receipt will be emailed to the email address
you use at checkout. This receipt is also your packing list, as
there will be no physical packing list shipped with your order unless
you request it. You may request it by calling , emailing, or entering
it in the "additional info" section of the checkout page.
Please note,
we only refund the cost of ground shipping if a freight refund is
warranted. Using an expedited freight service such as UPS Next Day
Air is a convenience option and we will only refund the cost of
Ground shipping.
